Giving back to our bodies
These classes are about bringing support, strength, ease and connection back into our bodies. It’s a full body class but with an extra emphasis on pelvic health. If you’re feeling like your body needs some TLC, for your everyday life or for your aerial and movement practice. My Feel GOOD movement classes do exactly that.
Each block of classes runs for 4 weeks and I have 2 different days you can choose from. Monday’s at 4pm BST or Saturday 10am BST. You can join live or follow the recordings. Both are available to all who sign up!
I’ve been on a long journey with my body through more disciplines and movement modalities than I can list. The place I’m arriving at now is one where moving my body isn’t about having a hardcore workout, or to gain tricks, but to feel GOOD and supported in the things I enjoy doing. That’s what these classes are for, to share with you the knowledge and movement patterns that I’ve found in the process of supporting and caring for my own body. This is a follow along style of class, all you need is some floor space and a wall..
